The Sparks are the driving force of football within Southampton Solent University and a power in the Sydenham's Wessex Premier Divison.

 

Since changing to become a university side in 2005, the club has won a prestigious list of honours, including:

• 2x Hampshire Premier League Cup (2008/09, 2010/11)

• 1x Wessex Division One (2014/15)

• 4x Southampton Senior Cup (2008/09,2010/11, 2014/15, 2015/16)

• 1x Sydenhams Wessex League (2015/16)

 

Solent also finished runners in the Hampshire Premier League (2009/10, 2010/11), a competition they helped found in 2008.

 

We play in an all red strip when entertaining our visitors at Test Park Sports Ground, Lower Brownhill Road, Southampton SO16 9QZ.

 

When on the road the side tends to play in all white.
